For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept bedding that shows signs of use or washing.
Refund Process
A full refund will be issued within 3–5 business days after inspection, excluding original shipping charges. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.
