Return Conditions
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached. All sizes — Single, Double, King, and Super King — must be returned in resalable, hygienic condition. For hygiene reasons, bedding items that have been washed or used cannot be accepted for return unless faulty.
Refund Process
A full refund will be issued within 3–5 business days after inspection, excluding original shipping charges. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.
